Toronto/ Daniel – Going all in, Toronto sells their future and depth to acquire stars Lamontagne, Bennett, and Van Fleet to make a last minute playoff push winning 9 straight games to end the season and clinch their inaugural playoff birth.

Selling two top 10 point getters for future stars, Carolina found a way to dominate in the homestretch of the season and go on winning streaks with both goaltenders to make the playoffs for a chance redeem themselves from last years cup final defeat.

New York/ Jon – After missing last years playoffs by the decisive tie breaker of most wins, New York bounced back to clinch first in the conference and make a cup run opportunity.
